I was skeptical about slim handles, but the 18/10 stainless steel feels solid and the servers are surprisingly comfortable to hold. They make tossing a salad feel effortless.

The balance on these is genuinely surprising—they feel substantial in hand despite the slender design, and the 18/10 steel has a nice weight to it. I've used them every night for a week and they still look brand new after a trip through the dishwasher.

The slim profile looks delicate but the 18/10 stainless steel gives it real heft when I’m tossing the salad, and the balance is spot-on for serving without wrist strain. I’ve used them for two dinner parties already and they’ve held up perfectly in the dishwasher.
