سكين سمك Malvern Bright

The 18/10 stainless steel feels properly weighty in hand, and the blade arrived razor-sharp—made quick work of a whole salmon fillet. The gently flared handle gives a secure grip even when wet, which is exactly what I wanted.

The curved base of the handle fits my palm surprisingly well, and the 18/10 stainless steel fork feels solid without being heavy. It’s become my go-to for filleting trout on weekends, and the blade keeps its edge through a full session.

The blade is noticeably sharp and sturdy, and I love how the handle flares to a curved base—it makes slicing through fish feel effortless. Perfect addition to my kitchen set.
