سكين سمك نورتون برايت

The generous rounded heads on these pieces make them feel substantial in the hand, and the 18/10 stainless steel has a nice weight without being too heavy. I've been using the fish knife daily and the blade is holding up perfectly.

The soft v-shaped tip on the handle gives a nice grip when I'm filleting fish, way less slipping than my old knives. Blade came sharp and stayed that way through a few weeks of prep work.

I've been using this knife daily for a few weeks and the blade still slices through fish like it's nothing. The 18/10 stainless steel actually feels sturdier than the cheaper set I had before, and it hasn't spotted in the dishwasher once. Genuinely happy with this one.
