RW2 Bright Steak Knife

These steak knives feel perfectly weighted in the hand, and that soft concave detailing on the handle gives a surprisingly secure grip. I just used them to slice through a thick ribeye and they cut like butter. Exactly the quality I was hoping for.

Opening with a tiny complaint that turns positive: The handles are slimmer than I’m used to, but the soft concave detailing makes them sit really nicely in the hand. Forks and spoons feel well-balanced and sturdy, not flimsy at all.

The knife's weight is perfectly balanced, making slicing through steak feel effortless. That soft concave detailing on the handle gives a surprisingly secure grip, even with wet hands.
