These forks feel noticeably heavier than my old set, and the balance sits right where my fingers naturally grip. The 18/10 steel hasn't spotted or dulled after a few weeks of daily dishwasher cycles.

The balance is genuinely impressive—it feels like an extension of my hand when I'm lifting delicate fish off the bone. The 18/10 steel has a lovely weight to it, and the sculpted lines make it look almost too pretty to put in the drawer.

The 18/10 stainless has a nice polished shine that's held up fine through several dishwasher cycles. Only complaint is the tines are a touch sharp at the tips, but the balance in hand is genuinely comfortable.
