The 18/10 stainless steel feels solid and heavy in the hand, and the fork tines are perfectly smooth. I've used them for a few weeks now and no signs of wear at all. Definitely a step up from my old set.

The angled v-shaped bolster looks sharp against the 18/10 stainless steel, and the fork tines have a nice weight to them. I've used them every night for a week now and the polish still hasn't dulled.

I was surprised at how balanced these feel in hand — the angled bolster really helps with control. The 18/10 stainless steel has held up perfectly through daily use without any spotting.
