The v-shaped bolster on these spoons catches the light beautifully, and they feel reassuringly weighty in the hand. I've used them daily for two weeks now and not a single water spot or dull edge, which says a lot for 18/10 steel.

The 18/10 stainless steel feels properly heavy and well-balanced in the hand, and the angled bolster gives it a refined look that stands out from my other flatware. I've used these daily for two weeks now and they still look brand new after a run through the dishwasher.
