Emma ★★★★★

The concave detailing on the handle makes it feel much more secure in my hand than a standard fish knife, and it slides through fillets effortlessly. It's a thoughtful update to a classic design, and I've already used it twice this week for dinner prep.

Ellie N. ★★★★★

The blade glides through fish like it's nothing, and the satin finish means it doesn't stick. I've used cheaper knives that tore the fillet apart, so this one's a noticeable step up.

Ryan F. ★★★★★

The soft concave detailing on the handle makes it feel really balanced in my hand, and it pairs beautifully with the rest of my set. I've used it for butterflying fish and it's been a solid, elegant addition to the table.
