The knife rests vertically in that fluid, mirrored curve and it just feels right in the hand—the balance is spot on. I've been using it daily for a week now and the upward tilt makes slicing through roasts noticeably easier than my old flat set.

The upward curve on this knife makes it feel surprisingly balanced in hand, and it sits so neatly against the plate when not in use. It’s a simple detail, but it really elevates the whole dining experience.

The curved fork and spoon feel really elegant in hand, and the knife's upright resting position is a clever design detail. My only small gripe is that the finish shows fingerprints more easily than I'd like, but it still looks great on the table.
