アシュベリー ブライト トラディショナル テーブルナイフ

The weight is just right—substantial but not heavy—and the way the knife stands vertically on the counter is surprisingly satisfying. It pairs beautifully with the rest of the set.

The upward curve on the handle makes these knives feel balanced in my hand, and the blade slices through a roast chicken way easier than my old set. They also sit nicely on the table when I'm not using them, which sounds silly but it's a detail I notice every dinner.

Didn't expect to care about the shape of a knife, but the upward curve on this one makes it feel balanced in my hand when I'm cutting. Pairs nicely with the rest of the set on the table, too.
