Blockley Bright バターナイフ

The hollow groove along the handle catches the light so beautifully on the table. It feels surprisingly balanced for such a sleek, minimalist piece of cutlery.

The knife is slimmer than I pictured, almost like a little architectural beam, and it spreads cold butter without tearing up my toast. That groove down the middle isn't just for looks either, it gives my thumb a natural spot to rest.

The hollow running down the handle is such a nice touch, it actually catches the window light while I'm setting the table. Feels solid in the hand but not heavy at all. Just wish they sold these in a bigger set.
