ブロックリー ブライト ステーキナイフ

Was a little skeptical about the hollow handle at first, but it catches the light just as described and gives the knife a really nice balance. Cuts through a thick ribeye with no effort at all.

I wasn't sure about the minimalist design at first, but the hollow handle catches the light just like the description said and it's surprisingly comfortable to grip. Cuts through a thick steak with no effort at all.

The hollow channel along the handle really does catch the light from every angle, which makes setting the table feel a bit more special. The slender profile is comfortable to grip and the knife feels well-balanced for something so minimal. Just what I needed to round out my cutlery set.
