ブロックリー スレート ブライト ステーキナイフ

The texture on these handles gives a really secure grip even when my hands are a little greasy from cooking. Cuts through a roast chicken like it's nothing, and the weight feels balanced and solid. Exactly what I wanted for everyday use.

The stone-like texture on the handles actually gives you something to grip, which I didn't expect from a steak knife. They slice through a ribeye cleanly and feel sturdier than the smooth-handled set they replaced.

Wasn't sure about the bright finish at first but it looks sharp on the table next to my older matte set. The handle has this subtle stone texture front and back that keeps it from feeling slippery when my hands are wet. Cuts through a ribeye like it's nothing.
