Emily N. ★★★★★

I've had these for a few weeks now and the weight is just right—solid enough to feel substantial but not heavy in the hand. The traditional European bistro look fits perfectly with my everyday table setting.

Edward T. ★★★★★

The blade is noticeably sharper than most table knives I've used—cutting through a steak felt effortless. The traditional bistro look fits perfectly with my everyday dinnerware.

Stella ★★★★★

The handle has a nice heft that makes it feel sturdy without being unbalanced, and it cuts through tomatoes cleanly. I’ve been using it daily for a week and the edge still feels razor-sharp.
