Ammonite Bright 餐桌刀

The spiral pattern on the handle catches the light beautifully, and the blade stays sharp through a whole dinner party without needing a touch-up. It’s got a nice heft that feels balanced in the hand, not flimsy at all. I’m genuinely impressed with how it’s held up after a few dishwasher cycles, too

I was a bit worried the spiral handle might feel gimmicky, but it actually fits the hand really nicely and catches the light at dinner. The 18/10 stainless steel on the forks and spoons has a solid, hefty weight that makes everyday meals feel a little more special.

The 18/10 stainless steel blade holds its edge beautifully even after several dinner parties. It feels perfectly balanced in my hand—not too heavy, not too light. Exactly what I was hoping for.
