I was surprised how solid these feel in the hand—the 18/10 stainless steel is noticeably heavier than my old set. The knife sliced through a tomato without crushing it on the first try, which never happens for me.

The taper on these handles is what sold me — they feel balanced and elegant in the hand, not clunky like my old set. I’ve used them every day for a week and the 18/10 steel still looks flawless after a few dishwasher runs.

The 18/10 stainless steel forks feel substantial without being too heavy, which surprised me for the price point. Only wish the knife blades had a bit more heft for cutting through tougher meats.
