Ashbury亮面魚刀

The upward curve on the fork makes scooping look almost effortless, and the knife balances beautifully when resting upright. It’s become my go-to set for dinner parties.

The way the knife sits vertically, with the fork and spoon mirroring that line on the plate, is such a clever design detail. It makes setting the table feel more intentional, and the metal has a nice weight without being too heavy.

The curve on this one makes it feel like it’s meant to balance in your hand, and it sits just as neatly on the table as it does mid-use. I’ve been using it for a week now, and the upward sweep on the fork really does mirror the knife’s resting line—nice touch.
