阿什伯里亮面牛排刀

I’ve been using this steak knife for a few weeks now, and the way it mirrors the fork's curve when resting is oddly satisfying. It cuts through meat cleanly without any sawing motion needed.

The knife’s vertical resting position is such a clever design detail—it really balances the whole set visually. It sliced through a medium-rare roast without any tearing, which impressed me.

The curved fork tines make twirling pasta just as easy as cutting through a steak. I was surprised how balanced the whole set feels in my hand, not heavy at all. This is the first time my flatware has actually made me look forward to setting the table.
