Ashbury 亮面傳統牛排刀

The upward curve on these knives makes them surprisingly comfortable to hold, way better than my old flat-handled set. They slice through a ribeye cleanly without tearing it up, and the mirror finish still looks sharp after a few runs through the dishwasher.

I was worried these would feel flimsy next to my older flatware, but the weight is genuinely solid and the blade cuts through a ribeye without any sawing. The handle sits comfortably in my hand too.

The curved handle and blade mirror each other so nicely that even laid flat on the table they look intentional. Cuts through steak without any fuss, and the polished finish still gleams after a run through the dishwasher.
