I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the elliptical neck detail feels when gripping the handle. It’s a simple butter knife, but the hardened blade cuts through cold butter without any bending or struggle.

The knife blade is noticeably well-balanced, and the hardened steel feels sturdy even when slicing through a crusty baguette. It's a simple piece, but the weight and finish make it a pleasure to use every day.

The elliptical detailing at the neck gives it a much more refined look than I expected for the price, and the 18/10 stainless steel feels solid without being too heavy. It’s become my go-to for spreading butter on toast every morning, and it hasn’t dulled or bent after a few weeks of daily use.
