The satin stainless steel finish contrasts beautifully with the black handle, and the blade glides through tomatoes without crushing them. I've used them for a week now and the edge is still razor sharp.

These knives have a nice weight in the hand that makes cutting through a thick ribeye effortless, and the plain edge slices cleanly instead of tearing the meat. The black and satin finish looks sharp on the table too, way dressier than my old set.
