Deta Bright 魚刀

The curve on this handle is just right—my fingers find it naturally when I pick it up, and it feels balanced even when my hands are wet. I’ve used it for a couple of dinners now and the shape really does make it a pretty tactile piece to hold.

I was a little skeptical a fish knife could feel this balanced, but the soft, smooth curve of the handle makes it surprisingly comfortable to grip even when my hands are wet. It's a really tactile piece, and the way the shape flows into the blade feels deliberate rather than just decorative.

I was pleasantly surprised by how substantial the knife feels in hand—the smooth shape makes filleting much more controlled. It glides through fish cleanly without slipping, which is exactly what I needed.
