Fairford Bright 牛排刀

The chamfered handle gives a secure, comfortable grip even when my hands are a bit greasy from cooking. Cleaves through a well-done roast with zero effort, and the weight feels perfectly balanced.

Cut through a prime rib like butter on the first try, and the chamfered handle gave me a secure grip even with slightly wet hands. Exactly the balance of weight I was hoping for in a steak knife.

The geometric chamfered handle is surprisingly comfortable in hand, and the knife cut through a thick ribeye with zero effort. This set feels more solid and balanced than my old block, and the modern design looks great on the table.
