Hidcote 亮面餐刀

The tapering design really shows in person—each piece looks sleek but somehow still feels substantial when you pick it up. I’ve used them every day for two weeks and the tactile grip is exactly as described, no slipping even with wet hands.

The gentle curves in the handle make it much more comfortable to hold than my old straight cutlery. I especially like the tactile grip when slicing through a ripe tomato.

The 18/10 stainless steel feels substantial without being heavy, and the fork tines are perfectly shaped for picking up salad greens. I’ve used them every day for a week and the finish still looks like new.
