Hidcote亮面牛排刀

The curved handle fits perfectly in my hand, making cutting through a roast effortless. I love how the elegant taper looks on the table without feeling delicate.

The gentle curve on the handle of this steak knife makes it feel perfectly balanced in my hand, and it cuts through a medium-rare ribeye like butter. The elegant taper looks even better in person than in the photos.

The steak knife has a nice weight to it, though I wish the blade was just a touch sharper out of the box. The gentle curve of the handle does make it comfortable to hold during a full meal.
