The balance on these is genuinely surprising—the slim handles feel substantial in hand, and the 18/10 steel forks have a nice weight without being clunky. I’ve used them every night for two weeks and they still look as polished as day one.

I was skeptical that such slim cutlery could feel this balanced in hand, but the 18/10 stainless steel gives it a reassuring heft without any wobble. The knife blade glides through roasted chicken like it’s nothing, and after a month of daily use, there’s not a single water spot or scratch.

The slim handles look so delicate but feel perfectly balanced in my hand, even with a full grip. I also appreciate how the knives hold their edge well after several washes.
