Malvern 亮面餐刀

I was really impressed with how solidly these knives are built, the specially hardened blades have kept their edge through a week of heavy meal prep without any dulling. The 18/10 steel on the forks and spoons feels premium and doesn't bend even when I'm scooping ice cream.

The soft flare of the handle makes it sit perfectly in my hand while slicing. Even after a full dinner prep, the knife blade feels just as sharp as when I started.

I’ve been using this knife for a week now, and the specially hardened blade stays noticeably sharper than my old set. The gentle curve at the base of the handle makes it really comfortable to grip while chopping.
