Palm 亮面魚刀

The fluting along the handle gives it a much more refined look than I expected, and the 18/10 stainless steel feels solid without being too heavy in hand. The knife blade keeps a clean edge through a full meal prep session, which is exactly what I wanted from a fish knife.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced this fish knife feels—the blade is sturdy enough for serious filleting but the fluted handle keeps it looking refined. The 18/10 stainless steel seems really high quality and hasn't shown any spotting after a few washes.

Bought this as a spare to round out my set and the weight in the handle feels surprisingly solid for the price. The blade cuts through fish without tearing, which is more than I can say for my old knives.
