Palm Bright 牛排刀

The fluting on the handles gives these knives a surprisingly secure grip, even with wet hands. I’ve been using mine for a week and the blade has stayed impressively sharp on tomatoes and crusty bread.

The 18/10 stainless steel forks have a nice weight to them, and the blade on the steak knife cut through a ribeye like butter. Hand washing is quick since the fluting doesn't trap food.

The fluting on these handles catches the light just right, so they look far more expensive than they are. The 18/10 stainless steel body feels balanced and substantial in hand, and the blades slice through a steak cleanly without any drag.
