Quinton Bright 魚刀

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the generous proportions fit in my hand during meal prep. The short tines make it easy to handle delicate fish without tearing the flesh.

The soft, pointed handle sits perfectly in my palm, making this knife feel balanced and secure even when filleting smaller fish. I especially love how the generous curve of the blade glides through the meat without tearing.

The short tines are perfect for getting under the scales without tearing the skin, and the curved handle rests so naturally in my palm that filleting feels almost effortless. I've already used it three times this week and it's quickly become my go-to for any delicate prep work.
