The knife handle feels nicely balanced in my hand, not too heavy or light. It made dicing mangoes for salsa a breeze without slipping. Exactly what I needed for my fruit prep.

The blade slices clean through apples without any dragging, which surprised me for a knife this lightweight. It matches my older flatware nicely, so it doesn't look like an odd addition in the drawer.

Bought this to round out a set and the weight in the handle feels solid, not flimsy like my old ones. Only gripe is the blade came a touch less sharp than I'd like, but a few passes on the honing rod sorted it.
