Sandstone Bright 牛排刀，4件組

The stippled texture gives these knives a surprisingly secure grip, even with wet hands. They carve through a thick ribeye steak cleanly and feel well-balanced in the hand.

The gradual fade on the handles is a subtle but beautiful touch, and the weight feels perfectly balanced in hand. Sliced through a medium-rare steak with zero effort right out of the box.

The stippled texture on the handles actually makes them easier to grip when my hands are greasy from butter. They're lightweight too, which I didn't expect from a set this solid. Four is plenty for our dinners, and they clean up in seconds by hand.
