Signature 不沾鍋漏杓/鍋鏟大

The lipped end on the handle is a godsend—my hand doesn't slip even when I'm flipping greasy burgers, and the rounded grip feels balanced. The nylon material slides right off the pan edge without scratching, so cleanup is just a quick rinse.

I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the nylon construction feels compared to other turners I've tried, and the rounded handle makes flipping delicate items much easier. The lipped end on the handle really helps keep it from sliding off the counter when I set it down.

The lipped end on the handle really keeps my hand from sliding when I’m flipping pancakes, and the slots are wide enough to let grease drain without losing the spatula’s grip. Cleaned up in seconds after a messy stir-fry, so it’s earning its spot in the drawer.
