Signature 橢圓隔熱墊

The stainless steel feels really solid, and the fact that the silicone mat is removable makes cleanup so much easier than a one-piece trivet. I've been using it straight out of the oven and it handles the heat perfectly without any warping or marks.

I was a bit worried the silicone mat might slide around, but it stays perfectly in place even under a heavy cast iron skillet. Cleanup is a breeze since you can just pop the mat out and wipe down the polished steel.

Brought it camping to protect the picnic table from a hot Dutch oven, and it didn't warp at all. The silicone mat stayed perfectly in place even when I moved the pan around.
