I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy this small spoon feels despite its size—the 18/10 stainless steel has a nice weight to it. The lipped end on the handle is a thoughtful touch that keeps it from rolling off the counter. It’s become my go-to for stirring sauces and serving sides.
