Signature 義大利麵杓

The lipped end on the handle really helps it grip the edge of the pot, so it doesn't slip into the sauce. Feels solid and well-balanced in the hand, too.

I was surprised how well the rounded handle fits in my hand when I’m twisting pasta—no more slipping. The 18/10 stainless steel feels solid but not heavy, and it lifts a full serving without bending. Exactly what I needed for my spaghetti nights.

The lipped edge on the handle keeps it from slipping into the boiling water, which is a simple but brilliant touch. It feels perfectly balanced in my hand, and the 18/10 stainless steel is noticeably heavier and more polished than my old flimsy servers.
