The fork tines are perfectly rounded and the weight feels like restaurant-grade, not flimsy at all. The 18/10 steel has a nice heft that makes everyday dinners feel a bit more special, and the bistro styling is exactly what I wanted for our small table.

I was pleasantly surprised by how substantial these feel — the knife blade is noticeably sharper than most basic sets I've used. The traditional bistro look fits perfectly with my everyday table.

The 18/10 stainless steel on the forks has a nice weight to it, feels like a proper bistro set. Handles have a subtle sheen that's held up well through a week of dishwasher cycles, no spotting so far.
