Trattoria Bright 牛排刀

The blade on this knife is seriously sharp right out of the box, and the handle feels solid enough for everyday slicing. It’s got that classic bistro look without feeling flimsy, which is exactly what I wanted for my table.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced these knives feel in hand — the traditional European bistro look really suits my table setting. The 18/10 stainless steel forks and spoons have held up perfectly after several washes, no tarnishing at all.

I was a bit skeptical about the weight at first, but the 18/10 stainless steel feels substantial and well-balanced in hand. The traditional European bistro look fits right in with my dinnerware.
