Trattoria Bright 牛排刀，6件組

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now, and the knife blades really do stay sharp—they slice through steak without any sawing motion. The 18/10 stainless steel handles feel solid and balanced, not at all flimsy like some other sets I’ve tried.

The fork tines are sturdy enough to hold a thick slice of roast, and the knife sliced through a tomato skin without crushing it. The whole set has a nice weight in the hand without feeling too heavy.

The knife blade's hardened steel cuts through a roasted chicken like butter, and the handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand. They have that classic European bistro look I was hoping for.
