The angled v-shaped bolster gives these steak knives a proper heft that makes cutting through a ribeye feel effortless. The 18/10 stainless steel forks and spoons match perfectly, so the whole set looks cohesive on the table.

Got these to replace a set I'd had for years, and the 18/10 stainless is noticeably heavier and better balanced. The angled bolster really does catch the light nicely on the table.

The v-shaped bolster gives it a nice old-fashioned look, and the blade cuts through a medium-rare steak cleanly. Only wish the handle had a little more heft to it, but overall it does the job well.
